Also, I couldn't help but notice that the UPS staff carried a slightly ambiguous and indirect microaggression in their overall demeanor—there was a subtle but undeniable negative vibe or aura in how they interacted. It made an already frustrating experience feel even worse. How do you even put a price on the inconvenience, stress, and frustration caused by this kind of incompetence and unprofessionalism? Bottom line: Avoid UPS if you can. USPS-JBLM or FedEx-Lacey are far more reliable, and they at least make you feel like a valued customer.
