The stores hours are posted to open at 830 and their have been multiple instances where I I have arrived at that time and they were not open. Finally opened at 9:02 am multiple people have either left or frustrated waiting. The gentleman that opened was very friendly and may have just been having a late start. But also I have before I have scheduled online to have something notarized at 9 am and I was told they do not to online appointments for notary and to come back at 10, no apology or anything for the inconvenience. It makes me not want to use this location even though it is closest to my home.

I came to pick a package up on Wednesday and Katrina she had blonde hair demanded I have two forms of id and wouldn’t give me my package so I had to come back later that day which was an inconvenience. I’m a regular here and usually they only ask for one id Tiffany and Tanya always treat me good and with an ounce of respect I’m NOT renewing my mailbox here because of that manager Katrina

I've been here befire with no issues, but it seems like they've hired some people with a really negative attitude who can't or won't answer simple questions. Going into the notoriously busy holiday season that seems like big trouble. Honestly if it's all the same you might as well go to USPS (which is why the employee in question advised me to do)!

I had to notarize a document today. The two women working were very rude and unprofessional. It seemed like it was more important for them to have social hour amongst themselves than to be aware of the job they were doing. I had asked which ID would be better for me to use, and the notary herself stated “I haven’t filled out one of these forms in a long time, I’m not sure.” The only reason I am giving two stars is because I was able to get my document notarized.
