- JWjordan whalenMar 17, 20265.0I was not prepared when I went in there. I had my document but the page layout was all wrong. They could not have been more patient or kind to me. An employee spent like 20-30 minutes helping me get everything set up. Absolutely delightful!

- HPHari PDec 10, 20251.0Old lady with short hair, never go with her again, on 12/10 for a simple label which I could have printed on the FedEx machine myself - she instead told she could help and when everything is done the return label was $10 bucks extra than the machine. She says this is less hassle and I don’t know how to do there as if she is not ready to help if I will do it myself on the system. I just went ahead with the extra $10 and printed my return label but this is very unprofessional way of making us pay more when the same label is $10 less on the machine. DIY is also not so difficult just got someone carried away with she saying “I can help if you have an account” Update on this is FedEx charged me finally $45 while I was told by lady that it’s $24 And I had to work with my Creditcard provider to dispute and get back the 21.22$ paid extra.
