The Issaquah branch is doing such a good job this 2025 holiday season with so much volume. I was in and out in 20 minutes with 12 customers ahead of me. And service was swift and genial.

I forget his name, but the guy was super speedy and nice. I explained my package never was delivered, gave him the tracking number and address and he found it under 30s.
All the people seemed friendly dispite us being in a flood warning and roads nearby flooding.

They stole my package and refused to pay the claim for the insured package. Issaquah office has the most incompetent staff I ever dealt with in a postal office. They don't have the basic knowledge of their internal rules. Avoid this place

I have been trying to call this post office about an urgent address issue and have called them 15 times. NO ONE has picked up any of the times that I have called. This is unacceptable.

Hands down the worst post office you could ever deal with. The mailman delivers mail to wrong mailboxes (addresses). Leaves mailboxes open. Packages arrive smashed and broken. Even the office personnel are rude and act like they don’t know how to do their job, they are very little help and don’t go the extra mile. It’s safe to say there’s an issue. Figure it out!
