Avoid self-service and drop off boxes. Found a better-private company close by “MailHub” that’s much better and no lines. What a terrible experience with this office. I recently dropped off a few boxes on November 13th just to find out 4 days later that they were not shipped, mind you it’s a priority mail. Tracking number provided, no information in the system of any activity that they received my boxes. When I asked the clerk what’s going (4 days later when I was made aware that boxes were not shipped), she said they received them same day I dropped off and are at Seattle’s center, she couldn’t provide a drop off receipt which was odd. Later I found out through the system since they updated it that box was still in Issaquah? I’m not sure what was wrong with their system or employee didn’t do their job of scanning and sending boxes. Very frustrating situation and this was my last time using this office.Needs huge improvement.

Hands down the worst post office you could ever deal with. The mailman delivers mail to wrong mailboxes (addresses). Leaves mailboxes open. Packages arrive smashed and broken. Even the office personnel are rude and act like they don’t know how to do their job, they are very little help and don’t go the extra mile. It’s safe to say there’s an issue. Figure it out!

This is the slowest post office experience I’ve ever had. I’m pretty patient but good lord it’s faster watching paint dry. Maybe have more than one person working the last hour of the day.

The post master Patty was phenomenal. Very accommodating and kind towards my kids too. I had to come here for my daughter's passport appointment.
