I just checked that this store has the lowest rating among all UPS stores in Seattle area. They totally deserve it.
🤣so many people have complained about the Amazon return experience and the lack of customer service at this UPS.
I fully agree with them.
Terrible service.

They charge for everything including printing a label ($3) pLUS surcharge for printing labels ($0.40)
I don’t be grudge a small business from trying to make a living, but if you nickel and dime your gas and don’t make them feel welcome, you really don’t deserve any sort of credit at all and you probably shouldn’t be in the retail business. I spent 40 years in retail. This is not how you treat customers.

This store has 2.2 stars for a good reason. The older man working there has zero multitasking skills and as a result there's a line of 7-8 people and I wait for 25 minutes just to have my QR code scanned and have, takes 6 seconds.
