It's always a pleasure to go in to the counter and chat with them, and they have been nothing but helpful with all of my shipping, receiving, and postal needs. Shocked to see all the bad reviews; be nice to your local postal workers and they will be nice to you!

Be aware that if you also make that mistake, your package will be returned to sender, and quickly. That said: The shorter lady is quite rude. I made the mistake of not putting down a PO box number (I never default to USPS shipping, and always will pay to avoid it). I arrived minutes after I got the notification it had arrived and she insisted on lecturing me about the PO number, withholding my package until she was done. I understand the message, but dang you need to refine your people skills. Terrible customer service. Avoid like the plague.
