Disclaimer: I'm aware I'm in the wrong for not putting down a PO Box number when shipping to a PO Box. Be aware that if you also make that mistake, your package will be returned to sender, and quickly. That said: The shorter lady is quite rude. I made the mistake of not putting down a PO box number (I never default to USPS shipping, and always will pay to avoid it). I arrived minutes after I got the notification it had arrived and she insisted on lecturing me about the PO number, withholding my package until she was done. I understand the message, but dang you need to refine your people skills. Terrible customer service. Avoid like the plague.

Experienced a rude almost aggressive employee. She had my package and refused to check for the package. I eventually retrieved it from a much nicer mail carrier. It was a pretty awful exchange from her.
