- CDCatherine DerheimMar 27, 20261.0I’m not usually one to complain about businesses because we all have bad days. But the Hoodsport Post Office truly deserves a special mention. If there were an award for the worst customer service experience, they would easily win it. Not once have I felt welcomed there. In fact, I have never been to a post office where you are not even greeted. There also seems to be no care at all for your mail or packages, and the lack of attention to detail is incredibly frustrating. The level of unprofessionalism at this location is beyond disgusting. The people working there clearly should not be in customer service. Basic politeness costs nothing, but apparently that is still asking too much at this post office.
- AMApril MyersMar 3, 20261.0Manager claimed he had to return the package because the sender used my house address, put return to sender 3 hours after it arrived and 5 minutes after I got there to collect it. Meanwhile my correctly addressed package to Harry Moses sat in limbo for two weeks with tracking showing it arrived. And mysteriously after I cancelled the order in frustration it got delivered the next day. Attaching picture of a card delivered to my PO Box, which is one digit different from this one. Taking it back now as I always do. Not to mention all the other stuff I could go into.
