- KJKyle JohnsonAug 8, 20251.0Had to go in to get a package that says they "attempted to deliver" (no slip at the door or mail box) only to be told they cant find the package (visibly watch him only look at 2 shelfs and make no real attempt) and will have to call me or they will try tomorrow.
- KSKay SJun 23, 20255.0When I first moved to my new home, they would not deliver some of my mail to my mailbox even though the address was correct. I called, and they said I needed to fill out a form to have my name on file for the mailbox. This was fine, though it seems to be a rule that is only enforced sporadically, as I truly must get at least 9 to 11 different people's mail delivered to my mailbox on a regular basis and only 1 of them is a name that has ever lived at this address. Aside from this, they were super helpful with getting things straightened out and the few times I've had to come in for something they've been friendly, helpful, and solutions-oriented so I'm actually a bit surprised to see all of the negative reviews about this. USPS in my previous city (Issaquah) was an actual nightmare, these guys were a welcome relief from that. The manager, female employee, and male employee have all been great when I've been in.
