Informed delivery says delivered in mailbox with date etc... mail scanned and shows where is has been and I was told all that means nothing and it is main post office in Yakima's fault but lady who toke 4 days to finally call me back because no one a front counter and post office has a clue omg what has happened to USPS??? never in my life have I had problems in 40 plus years of using USPS for residential mail have I had so many issues!!! They are rude refuse to take any responsibility nothing they do nothing but blame and excuses !!! place is horrible and wish congress would go thru and get rid of worthless over paid post office employees !!!! A week of this is ludacris do your job!!!
