There has not been a single week since that we didn't receive mail belonging to the person the next street over with the same house number, and vice versa. Multiple packages have also been misdelivered or lost, or they were marked delivered but never actually made it onto the mail truck - when we went in to ask about the missing packages, they suddenly produced them from the back. We have filed complaints before, but they have fallen on deaf ears. I'm tempted to get a PO box in a different city just to make sure I actually get my mail and packages on time.
