If I could give it 0 I would. First the workers inside are rude as Hell and the postmaster is just as bad. So what if we get a lot of packages? My grandma is in her 70s and in her bed most the time so she's gonna order a lot of packages because she can. Then my mom owns a business so she's also gonna get a lot. They never deliver our packages. We have a huge container just for packages and every time we just get a slip about how they couldn't deliver. Sure. Then when me and my mom went, we were waiting outside for our packages and saw the delivery people dumping the boxes onto the ground, standing on them, and some rolling under their cars. This place and most the workers suck.

Refuses to actually deliver packages. Constantly makes people drive from rural areas into town to pick up their mail. Always making excuses why they can’t deliver it. What’s the point in paying for shipping if they aren’t going to actually deliver it? The postmaster, Trish, is absolutely horrid to deal with. Rude and unhelpful.

The staff is friendly, but the service is terrible. Packages are taken by contract drivers who never intend to deliver them. They just leave notices in mail boxes, then return them to the post offices where everyone has to wait in long lines to pick them up.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at a post office. They are rude, un helpful and roll their eyes at your questions that you’re trying understand how they operate because it is not normal. They return your packages that are not picked up in 4 days. They close before I get off work so can only get there 1 day a week. They cry they are understaffed but is that the customers problem? If they were nicer people, maybe they’d have more people apply but I certainly wouldn’t want to work with that cranky staff.
