The last time the post master went and personally recovered the package and brought it to us. Now I've been waiting for a time sensitive, certified letter and instead of walking across the street to my for that was wide open, the carrier put a notice in my box instead. We wanted the letter to require a signature for a reason and now it says I can't pick it up til AFTER Monday!!!! Names and addresses are VERY clear because I warn EVERYONE about our carrier. I'm tired of this
