- JJJimFeb 7, 20261.0Stop marking the place I'm staying at as vacent and give me my packages. I filled out a couple of the slips, and you keep doing this. It's a freaking shared mailbox with a package area. Stop being lazy or fire some people this is beyond silly. Im getting better service from ups and FedEx because they auctally deliver my stuff! The post service needs a reform or something drastic because it's garbage tier service. Im mad when it's the only option. Maybe 30% - 40% it gets stuff to me on time. I know this isn't going to fix the terrible service, but I feel better airing my frustration out and reducing the rating a bit, giving this one star.

Package deliveries always have a 24hr delay, same everywhere, so a delivery today is available the next day (except Sunday).

I'm trying repeatedly to call them back to explain that my mailbox is just north of the mailbox they say they delivered my package to. No one answers the phone and I can't leave a message. Phone rings and rings and then hangs up.
