  My terrible experience at this UPS Store this morning (12/6/2025) deserves to be called out. I walked in with my arms completely full, carrying a large item that I needed boxed for shipping. Instead of being greeted or offered even basic assistance, the staff literally scoffed at me. Not only were they unhelpful, they acted annoyed that I even walked in. I explained what I needed, and they handed me a $50 box that was far too big for the item, with no attempt to find a better fit or offer alternatives. When I left, still carrying everything, they didn’t offer even a minimal gesture of help getting the oversized box back to my car. With three UPS stores within a 10-mile radius, you’d think they’d at least pretend to care about customer service. Unfortunately, this location made it very clear that they don’t. I won’t be returning, and I recommend others take their business elsewhere.

  I went to the store today to make copies. Three employees working very hard to keep the line from heading out the door. As customers would move to the counter, the gal would either help me with copies or bagging packages that needed to be shipped. One gentleman seemed to be sitting in his office, giving no assistance to either customers or his employees. The situation is only going to get worse as the holiday draws closer. He might want to learn how to scan in amazon packages or help people with the copy machine. He also might have been the one to speak with the disgruntled customer, instead of pulling the gentleman off the counter to deal with the situation. Unfortunately, I had to print one copy at a time so I stood at the copy machine for quite a while to witness all of this happening while I was there. I could add more, but I think you get the picture.

  It’s a very convenient location, and the store is very neat and clean and seems to have everything needed! The prices are fair! It’s a much better experience than going to the post office that’s for sure! The people that work there seem to be very knowledgeable and most of them are really friendly. The nice thing is is you can send something but USPS there as well.
