  It’s a very convenient location, and the store is very neat and clean and seems to have everything needed! The prices are fair! It’s a much better experience than going to the post office that’s for sure! The people that work there seem to be very knowledgeable and most of them are really friendly. The nice thing is is you can send something but USPS there as well.

  They took my package and never shipped it, Clearly they have fraud in their branch. Their response was should have got a receipt, which is true but pretty sad that is their response .

  Went here the other day with my two daughters and they were so excited to help return packages. There was a sign on the door that said "cash only, Amazon down" but we didn't realize exactly what that meant. That was our fault, but we came inside and got in line and the man very abrasively and rudely said "do you have qr codes?" And I said "yes" and he aggressively said " we can't take that! " And then said their Amazon was down. I completely understand from a customer service point of view that we missed the message on the door, however, I've managed multiple companies before, and it's not that hard to NICELY (especially since I have young kids with me with big smiles on their faces as my helpers) to say "oh I'm so sorry,our system is down right now so we can't do returns.". You do not have to be so rude and aggressive. I'm sure he's told tons of people but he didn't hide how annoyed he was that we didn't understand the sign, maybe write "we can't take returns right now" to make it more clear. And even aside from that, just be NICE to your customers. There was no reason to be so rude to us. We were very polite and in good moods, it was disappointing to see such blatant rudeness from someone who works in customer service. If I was the manager there, I'd want to know how my employee was treating customers. My husband used to work for a UPS store and this was unacceptable behavior for sure.

  Sharing info about the Notary Services so others will avoid the confusion I encountered: This store will provide their employees as witnesses (even though if you call into UPS Store phone prompt it says they won't), but they will charge you $15 PER SIGNATURE, PER EMPLOYEE (including their notary). So if you are notarizing a Will, which will have the 2 witnesses each sign twice, and the notary stamp it, that is 5 "notarial acts" x $15 = $75 for a single Will. If you're a married couple that would be $150 for both your Wills. Add on a Financial Power of Attorney for $15 each ($30 married) and Medical Power of Attorney $45 each ($90 married), and you are looking at a total all-in cost of $135 per person for an Estate Plan ($270 married). If you don't have witnesses, a mobile notary who comes to your home (where it's much easier to find a witness like a neighbor) will charge like $250.

  I’m sorry that because of Covid you have way more business than you can handle. It does not mean you need to be rude to customers and say there is absolutely no way you can help printing 5 pages on card stock any sooner than 5 days.
