- GAGina AnnAug 30, 20241.0This is hands down the worst post office I’ve ever encountered, and I've visited hundreds across the U.S. The staff here withheld a package that was rightfully mine, claiming it was in the back room but couldn’t be given to me until it was "processed." What does that even mean? My package and I were both at the facility, yet they refused to hand it over. I had to make a second trip the same day just to finally get it. Never in my life has any other post office or mail carrier withheld my package when I was physically at the facility to pick it up. To make matters worse, the employees get upset when you have packages sent to their location, despite it being a service they offer. No other post office I’ve been to has ever reacted this way. This facility needs to be managed by more competent workers who understand how to do their jobs without causing unnecessary frustration for customers.
