Yesterday, I was denied unloading of my cargo and asked to return today. However, when I returned at the agreed-upon date and time, they also refused to accept the cargo. In addition to the obvious lack of seriousness and commitment, the treatment received by the gentleman who served us was extremely rude and ill-mannered, which I find unacceptable. This situation causes a loss of time and money and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for transporters.
