This is by far some of the worst customer experience I have received. Open up a PO box because my residence doesn't get mail. Packages get rejected so I dont understand why I'm paying for this. The packages that do make it through end up getting sent back to the sender not even 24 hours later. Im to the point where I'm just having everything mailed to my friends house.
This is behind ridiculous. And Joe needs to check his attitude. If you hate your job that much, just quit. Everyone who works here is beyond incompetent.

When I moved to ferndale, I quickly understood why the ferndale post office was voted one of the worst post offices in all of washington state.
Thank god Amazon extended their route up to Ferndale because now I actually get my packages.
They used to mark packages as being delivered when they never delivered them. I used to have to call, THEN they would come back and deliver the package.

An average of 5 stars and zero stars based only on answering the phone quickly the first time I called them June 12, 2025 and giving me friendly and accurate information that was unfortunately not clearly provided on the USPS rates website, then about ten minutes later not answering a second call within about 90 seconds of phone ringing.

Mail person has on multiple occasions "held" packages that could easily fit in mailbox causing me to have to drive to pickup at USPS, where the staff are slow and rude to customers. I also frequently have to deliver my neighbors packages that the USPS always seems to dump at my address. This has been going on the past 3 years now.
