- JAJazmine AndersonFeb 7, 20265.0Kudos to the semi drivers who have to dock here lol im currently in (one of) the box truck(s) waiting to dock lol another box truck in the turn lane waiting for the dock before I got here so ill let him in first but, sometimes its enough of a pain docking a 26ft truck here and yet these guys knock it out. For them to dock here is like my truck docking at the Post Office in Leavenworth lol crazy. Drive Safe...I do enjoy unloading here I dont mind waiting it's a good spot

If I can send my husband to deal with issues, I do in an effort to decrease the risk of me being unkind to whatever poor soul happens to be working the counter. I have had many issues with package delivery. Marked as "Delivered" but shows up a week later or not at all. No attempt to deliver and the slip indicates "Business Closed" or "Unable to Deliver". I live on a private road of 7 houses, no business nearby and never a problem with road access. The employees aren't very friendly. It's a joke to request feedback about customer service when Joe is standing there watching me. I'm afraid that if I indicate my true opinion, my mail will get "lost". After dealing with Ferndale USPS, I really do understand why people despise them so much.

Packages get rejected so I dont understand why I'm paying for this. The packages that do make it through end up getting sent back to the sender not even 24 hours later. Im to the point where I'm just having everything mailed to my friends house. This is behind ridiculous. And Joe needs to check his attitude. If you hate your job that much, just quit. Everyone who works here is beyond incompetent.
