- DBDaniel Bains6 days ago2.0I’ve had a very difficult time getting any response from this office. I’ve called four separate times and was routed to voicemail each time. I left my phone number and email on every attempt, but never received a response. I also visited in person, only to find that it operates as a “hybrid office,” with no staff available on-site. I reached out to two agents directly Taylor and Victoria—via voicemail and email. I received no response from either, and one voicemail even listed an invalid email address. It has now been over two weeks without any follow-up or outreach. For context, I already have an account set up and have been actively applying for roles through their system. I’m targeting L2/L3 help desk positions and have relevant experience and certifications, so I expected at least some level of communication. At minimum, I would expect acknowledgment or basic responsiveness from a recruiting agency. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here. Based on this experience, I would not rely on this office for timely communication.
