  I called this morning on a shipment my boss dropped off on Saturday. Apparently, even though he emailed me to check on it, he went in to the store as well. When I called, "Brin - though I am not sure that is her real name". Was extremely rude. I attempted to de-escalate the conversation and let her know I would speak to my boss and ease his mind. She became even more belligerent and rude and said that I was blaming her and accusing her of making a mistake. I explained that I was not, that I understood how shipping worked, I was just attempting to do my job as requested. She stated that we were all "coming at her" and we're done. I asked her name so I could reach out to the owner via email, but there wasn't an email listed for them. I think if someone is trying to deescalate a situation AND just trying to do their job, I don't care if 40 people call about the same package. Each person should receive legendary customer service. If I was being rude or aggressive, definitely re-direct me, but in this case, that did not happen. Customer service is key and this person showed a serious lack of it.

  I had to ship something to another country for the first time a few days ago and was really uninformed on how to do so, the young lady at the counter helped me a lot and was extremely friendly and eased my anxiety. she made the process extremely smooth and pain free! I will definitely be back to ship with this DHL. Thank you Ashley, I really appreciated your help! You made it so easy :)

  Visit time: 9AM on 11/19/2025. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the store was clean and well organized. The rest of the experience was disappointing to say the least. The young female employee working the counter was unprofessional and clearly uninterested. There was no greeting when I walked in. I was only the second customer of the morning, yet it felt like I was bothering her by being there. I paid $75 to ship a document overseas. It was my first time sending to this specific country and I hadn’t used DHL in years. I expected at least a bit of assistance or courtesy. Instead, the employee responded to my questions in a robotic manner, looked irritated, and made the interaction feel more like an interrogation than customer service. Unfortunately, with limited DHL locations nearby, I’ll likely have to return in the future, but I’ll make sure to go at a different time to avoid dealing with this employee again.

  I just spoke to a gentleman on the phone who directed me about a package on hold and he was SO friendly and helpful. He directed me to where I needed to call with detail and that was a great experience as well and my package is on its way. Honestly how customer service should be but you rarely get it any more! Thank you!
