- BEBen EmehiserFeb 23, 20261.0The reason for my low rating is that they don't deliver packages. Even when you fill out the failed delivery slip asking them to leave a package on your step instead of in the mailbox, they still don't deliver it. They don't even try to deliver packages. I got a failed delivery notification in the morning before the delivery person even tried to deliver. They simply expect everyone on their circuit to drive to the post office to pick up packages instead of delivering them. Pure laziness.
