- ALAaliyah LaboyMar 20, 20261.0The delivery drivers are EXTREMELY LAZY and dont even ATTEMPT to come to the apartments I live at. They refuse to go up the stairs so they opt to leaving notices not at your door, AT THE MAILBOX ITSELF on the OTHERSIDE OF THE COMPLEX. If you dont like your job, DONT DO THE JOB. And their supervisor Raphael Yee is lazy as well and refuses to investigate how horrible their work is. shame on YOU.

They are seriously lacking and probably should be checked to see if they are even open. Thanks for making my delivery a painful experience ups
- NANigel AMar 10, 20261.0Would rate 0 stars if I could. Have had numerous packages that were impossible to replace delivered to a random neighbor. I put my mail on hold for a month only to receive notices that packages were getting delivered anyway. I called up the post office, they said they were looking into it and the packages were being retrieved. I came home a few weeks later to packages sitting on my doorstep and my mailbox stuffed. I know my neighbors have had problems with the delivery carrier as well.
