Make sure to not take a package that belongs to UPS or the post office because you cannot get a receipt. Often packages will go missing because they get lost and traveled if you don't have a receipt then you don't get refunded. So only take to FedEx what is FedEx and you get a receipt from them

Someone accidentally sent me a tarantula and they didn’t realize it so the didn’t tell me. Although I go a few calls from this FedEx center, I wish they would have reached out to the seller and let them know so he could have let me know about the mistake. Thankfully I looked into and the poor tarantula survived. How I don’t know.

They said they attempted delivery several times but failed and uploaded photos. However, the photos they uploaded were exactly the same each time. I was home the entire time, so they definitely lied.

They charged me over $200 for a package shipping to Hawaii that got sent back to me for no reason. Even the manager at the store told me there was no reason that it didn’t get sent to its destination, and they can’t figure out why. Now they won’t give me a refund and I have to call the 800 phone number.
Their customer service on the 800 number is the absolute worst, they won’t help me without info from the store and the store won’t help me either because they have no idea what the problem is and can’t give me a refund in the store. I will never spend any money at fedex ever again. It’s literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. You have to deal with ai robots that make it super difficult to talk to a real person. Then you can’t get help and they will just hang up on you if you don’t have this “secret info” only they have but they won’t give it to you.
My tracking number, address verification and receipt is not enough. You need an “invoice number”, that you can’t get if you paid in the store and they won’t give it to you over the phone, you can’t file a claim online without it also. Now they’re telling me I also need a “company name and billing address” that is made up and apparently can only be given from the store you purchased the label from, but the store seems to have no idea what this is.
Worst experience with a company I’ve ever had. Wasted $200 and probably over 10 hours of my life trying to get my money back. FedEx is literally stealing money from their customers and refusing refunds, and their system will let them create labels that apparently don’t work. My experience with FedEx has been completely insane. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
