  On March 26/2026 I visited this FedEx in Everett Mall Way. I got the best service. The purpose of my visit was to multiply my old business card. The sample that I had in my pocket was very old, Once I handed to the FedEx employee named “Bevel,” he developed it amazingly. He is very patient, respectful and his services are beyond expectations. I don’t have any conflict if interest, I am just witnessing what I saw. He gave me the best deal, he emailed the copy card to my email so next time when I need to order I can simply resubmit the email in-order to get a better deal and fast service. We need more of this kind of personal for better service.

  This white male middle age, grey hair, grey beard employee was always rude to me every time he served me. I wish I got his name. I often used this FedEx location to print out construction plan for my husband and pickup packages. Whenever he served me, he expected you the customer to read what’s on his mind, he even make some weird silent laugh, he make rude facial expressions, he is not helpful at all. He forgot that is his job to serve customers and printing. That is their services instead of acting like a King and customers bow down to him. When you ask him questions about your printing work, is it almost done which I paid for full service and even written on a banner hanging on top of their counter, he just make facial expressions, rolled his eyes or acted like he doesn’t understand a word you said like a complete ignorant! He just took the payment which I mostly paid over hundreds to print out construction plans and expect you to self serve and get mad when you asked questions. Very unprofessional! I got fed up with his rude and arrogant attitude. Very poor customer service and looks like he is the Manager or in a higher position in this location, all the staffs there were so quite and not even attempt to help a customer out that this employee of them or whatever his role is just rudely addressed one of their regular customer in their location. I got tired of his attitude and ask him why he was being so rude all the time he served me he just said ; I don’t know what you talking about and turned around and left! Very disrespectful and I have seen a lot of complaints and reviews here about him. I wish Fedex could take customer reviews seriously and make some changes to their customer service. The reason I kept going there because it’s the closest location and I was able to tolerate these bad behaviors, sometimes we all had a bad day but after my visit last Friday I promised myself that will be the end, and this is who he really is not a bad day kinda thing! It becomes a pattern and it needs yo stop! Sadly when you call to file a customer service complaint to FedEx customer support they said to go back to that location which I wish not to see his rude face ever again! I will find myself a new FedEx location for my printing works and package pick up. Some of their staffs are very helpful and his rude behavior did not reflect them all!

  One of the best print shops around. I use them all the time and they are extremely fast, professional and friendly. Couldn't reccommend them more!

  The manager here is a real jerk. Accuses his customers of damaging the copying machine. Its clearly a paper jam or issue but rather Accuse you of breaking the machine. Guess its time to find a new place to go.
