I moved in October and like clockwork every month I have had nothing but issues with drivers from here. First they falsified information claiming they attempt to deliver when they don't, or saying they put packages into lockers when they randomly leave them on the floor. I am beyong irriated, frustrated and disappointed that you employ such careless and unprofessional individuals. How can you justify my mail people constantly lying about my packages and do absolutely NOTHING about it? Absolutely ridiculous and if i could not have mail delivered from here I'd take that option is a heartbeat. I will be speaking to a manager about this issue in person since my SERVERAL complaints have gone unheard and have yet to be fixed. Get your people in line and tell them to do the job they're paid yo do and to STOP LYING AND FALSIFYING INFORMATION REGARDING MY MAIL. I will also be contacting the postal regulatory commission about this specific location if these issues continue.
