Thank you to the person who delivered a large box, and had to pick it up and over a car in the carport so that it was not left out in the rain and snow. Thank you. Thank you!

On 1223 I took a fall walking my dog could barely move and saw Josh the mail carrier loading up mailboxes. I asked him if he would help me walk up a very steep hill to try to get me to a bench until I could call family for help. He very tenderly and gently escorted me all the way up a two block area with me, barely able to walk and my dog upset. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness, his calmness and his ability to get me to that bench to call my family. Please, whoever his supervisors are give him many accolades for what he did for me merry Christmas to all.

We looked at times and they said they would be open until 4 PM on a Saturday. There wasn't a holiday or anything of that sort and they were closed. They refused to deliver to our townhouse despite it not being part of a complicated apartment complex. This isn't the only time we had a bad experience with this specific branch. We delivered a small package on their express delivery option and they lost the package and didn't deliver it when found until three months after when it was supposed to be delivered.

I delivered Amazon at this Post Office last night, which I've done many times also lol at both Everett S&DC and this Hoyt Street Post Office. The Amazon warehouse in loaded in (Fife, WA), had a system failure at the entrance, it held us all up, I sat in line for over an hour just to enter the warehouse which had me about 45mins late to my 2 Postal Everett Stops, but I made it and, the postal worker acted like the world had ended because of it. I got out of my truck and right away I said kindly "Sorry im late," and before I finished, she interrupted with "...Yeah, im trying to GO HOME, I almost closed up and left..." so i bit back with "MY apologies ma'am, but the warehouse had a system failure and I have no control over that, im trying to finish and leave too snd my nights FAR from over." We Amazon truckers are NOT employed by Amazon, we are CONTRACTED by Amazon 3rd party, thats why you see a different company name on our trucks AND, we are given LESS than an hour to load at the warehouse ourselves lol we get no help unless we bring a helper which we dont get paid enough for. I load/strap, drive, and Unload my truck MYSELF and drive some more. After leaving Everett,I had to load in Fife AGAIN at 1am and deliver those to Lacey and OCEAN SHORES and she wants to talk about being tired and wanting to go home? Also, WE CAN REPORT POST OFFICES the same way Post Offices can report us. You guys have a system that tells you where we're at, she knew I was on my way, closing up and going home before my arrival would have meant ME calling ROC and telling them about it, them they would have sent a report to the PostMaster telling them they should have been there and they will hashmark your Post Office (you guys are under Amazon's contracts the same as us too). If a woman like me can do what we do, then you can stay nice and cozy in your Post office an hour longer to get the 4 pallets I loaded, strapped, drove, and delivered and Thank God you have a job at all. We dont enjoy waiting in hour long lines at warehouses and getting stuck in traffic and driving hundreds of miles a day but I do it. I'm tired of postal workers thinking they can treat us the way they do. Sure, they hate that we're the ones bringing all that crap but, it's work that needs to be done and it pays my bills, get another job if you can't handle it
