I want to start this review by saying this store cannot be trusted to deliver an envelope. On November 10th, I came into this store to mail some legal documents to a consulate in California. I made a copy at their copy machine, bought an envelope, sealed everything into the envelope, and purchased ground delivery to the consulate. The customer service representative said it would arrive in three days. The envelope was never delivered. According to the store, they tried to contact me just before Thanksgiving to tell me the package was damaged en route, but the only phone calls I received that day were "Spam likely" calls and, if the store did call me, they did not leave a voicemail. After a month, I emailed the consulate to see if there was any movement on the paperwork I had submitted and they informed me that my legal documents were never received. I emailed the store to find out if they had any information, an email that went unanswered. When I got back from seeing my family for Christmas, I went to the store to ask what was going on. The customer service representative gave me a customer service number. Calling the customer service number, I was informed that the store had placed a claim on my package, and that I would need to talk with the store about it. I returned to the store and talked to a different customer service representative, who told me the store manager, Gill (spelling?) would contact me. I returned three days later to see if there was any movement from the store manager, but they said he would contact me on Monday the next week (two days ago now). Gill called on Monday to tell me that he had contacted the customer service number and they told him I had a claim on the package. I informed him that /I/ do not have a claim on the package, that they'd told me that /he/ had a claim on the package, and he said he would contact me again in two days (today). I called the store this morning and was informed that Gill is not there today. It has now been two months since I mailed my legal documents to the consulate in California. I don't know if my documents are going to be delivered. I don't know if I'm going to get my passport back. I don't know if I do get my legal documents back if they will still be current enough for the consulate to process them. This store cannot be trusted to deliver an envelope. There's a FedEx right across the street, go there instead.

Workers are always professional. Time spent waiting is typically minimal (not in December of course).
