    This is my favorite UPS store. There is one guy who is always there everytime (I wish I knew his name) he is very knowledgeable and his customer service is amazing and makes this location stand out for the better. He's fast and efficient but also thorough. The line can be long at times but usually goes surprisingly quickly. They've always gone the extra mile taking care of my transactions.

    I've read other reviews and people seemed happy with the men that work there. I only saw women working there and they seem to enjoy a great social life unencumbered by the annoyance of customers walking in. I blame management because it's common knowledge that an un-greeted customer feels "ignored" by employees who ignore them especially when they are standing a few feet away, waiting for help well they talk about wanting to get a better job where they can work at home. When they have not even made I contact or said I'll be right with you, after 15 minutes of listening to non-work-related banter you can only hope that it is their plan that they will help you before they close at 6:30, since it's only 5:15.

    Went there at 5:10 today the lady working there was RUDE. I was trying to explain what was going on with my package that I’ve been stressing about since there was a delay. She kept rolling her eyes at me and shaking her head. I asked her why she was rolling her eyes and being so rude and she just walked away very unprofessional. Even my children were asking why she was being so rude. Very very embarrassing for a 7 year old to think as well adult is being rude for no reason.

    Told worker three times that I was shipping to St Paul Park, MN and I guess they refused to believe that was a real place because they sent it to St Paul, MN. I provided the correct zipcode as well and they changed it to be St Pauls zipcode.
