I am not sure why the two people I spoke to had such bad attitudes but I truly feel sorry for them if they're life is that miserable to speak to people the way they do. I just remained calm and proceeded being kind to them. Even though they took forever to get my ducklings that were supposed to be overnighted, which resulted in them arriving deceased. I told them to dispose of them because I didn't want dead ducks especially after the way they spoke to me over the phone. They proceeded to tell me that they were going to put the dead ducklings on my door step. Truly a terrible experience.
