I always liked their PO box area. The engravings on the box numbers are beautiful and give the place a bit of character. From the little interaction I remember, the staff were nice. From what I’m seeing in more recent reviews, though, it sounds like the location could really use a new set of staff for both mail delivery and the window clerk. People seem to mention inconsistent mail delivery and some rudeness toward customers who keep the place running. Still, it’s in a quieter part of town, and honestly I think it would be kind of neat to work at a place like this.
