Who ever delivers the mail is horrible. I constantly get other customers packages and for some reason at the same time get a slip saying can't deliver my actual package due to my porch. You mean the same porch you just delivered two packages to that weren't even mine? I'm new to town and am not liking the mail service at all during the week.

The pink "missed delivery"/"unable to deliver" slips are absolutely ridiculous. You want to know how I know it's ridiculous, instead of the fault lying with our household and our driveway? It's because our household gets weekend deliveries from **USPS** perfectly fine, no issues whatsoever. Yet when anything is supposed to be delivered during the week-days, we get a "missed delivery" slip. That is ridiculous. And that shows me that the fault lies with the week-day delivery driver because our driveway does not change between the weekend and the week. This shows me that whoever is delivering during the week, or should I say *refusing* to deliver, refusing to do the job that they signed up for and are getting paid for, is incapable. Because once again, we get USPS deliveries on the weekend, but we get a refusal slip during the week. I took a picture of the most recent refusal slip, addressed to yours truly, and they have it marked that there's "no secure location available." What about our household's driveway/property is unsecure during the week, but not the weekend? Not only that, but funnily enough (😒), the date for when the package is available for pickup is marked as "8/27 9am," but there was no delivery attempt made today. There was no attempt whatsoever. I'd be willing to bet that my package wasn't even on their USPS vehicle (which is a station wagon, not even an actual delivery truck, mind you), so how can they claim they attempted to deliver? Whoever the USPS weekend delivery driver is needs to get a gold star, a raise, whatever commendation possible. And the person during the week-day needs an attitude adjustment and/or to find another career path because they are incapable of doing their job, as shown by the dozens of refusal slips our household has received. I don't really believe the Elma USPS actually reads their own reviews, given how many other 1-star reviews there are. BUT in the case that an Elma USPS worker does read this, I hope they can do their job and have this message delivered to the Elma post-master, or to a person who will actually *do something*. And I hope whoever that person is will pull up their big girl pants and have this issue fixed because it's unacceptable. We deserve to have our packages delivered on-time during the week, not just the weekend. That is all, thank you for your time.

Absolutely the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. They’re incapable of delivering anything larger than a standard envelope. Instead of making a reasonable effort, they just leave a slip for redelivery or pickup. But here's the catch—they close at 5 PM, which makes it nearly impossible for anyone with a regular 9–5 job to actually pick up their packages. It’s a complete joke and shows no consideration for working people who rely on their services.
