It's bad enough to have to wait 20 minutes to reach the counter to find out why my certified letter that was mailed on Aug. 27, went to Seattle distribution center, and to Yakima distribution center, then back to the Ellensburg Post Office. Never making it to the final destination. Then I was only told that it was originally miss scanned, but sent back (Aug 30) out once they received it. I've been following the tracking number since and it hasn't left the Ellensburg Post Office, now Sept. 9. You'd think they would at least take a look in back. Next Please!
