I spend 20 minutes waiting in line, the girl at the counter helps EVERY person before me, with paperwork, packages, anything. She finally gets to me, sends me back into the line to fill out a form that wasn't available on the counter. I get that filled out, get to spend another 15 minutes in line to change my address, while she helps everyone with every problem under the sun. I finally get back to the counter and another woman gets my address change wrong. I don't have time to waste at a Post Office. This is ridiculous. I would never step into this building if I could, but unfortunately for me, as post office is an essential service. Do better.
