I had a wonderful experience with Star. She handled my missing mail very politely and got to the bottom of it and kept me informed every step of the way until it was resolved.

Horrible management. No one will answer phones. No one will answer questions. Haven't met a nice employee yet, that acts like they want to work. Called multiple times, multiple lines. Even operator agent won't answer phones.

Pretty bad service tbh. I’m not sure the logistics but they marked my package as delivered when there “wasn’t room in the parcel locker” and instead of walking the 15 feet to my door they take it back to USPS without even contacting me on a day I can’t go in to pick it up? Just seems like the system is bad.

Absolutely terrible. It's like the want no one to go there.
I spend 20 minutes waiting in line, the girl at the counter helps EVERY person before me, with paperwork, packages, anything. She finally gets to me, sends me back into the line to fill out a form that wasn't available on the counter.
I get that filled out, get to spend another 15 minutes in line to change my address, while she helps everyone with every problem under the sun.
I finally get back to the counter and another woman gets my address change wrong.
I don't have time to waste at a Post Office. This is ridiculous. I would never step into this building if I could, but unfortunately for me, as post office is an essential service.
Do better.
