- BHBen HayhurstDec 8, 20251.0Once again the Elk post office fails to deliver a package that was out for delivery. This time the tracking told me that my driveway or door was accessible. Funny, I was home all day and had UPS and Amazon deliver packages. So I called the office, and was told that the driver could not find the package in the car and that marking the driveway or door as not being accessible was his only option. That’s BS.
- CRCourtney RubySep 26, 20251.0Years of horrible service from this post office is really getting old. The old mail carrier stole packages(on camera) from me and a check from a neighbor. I filed complaints and they were escalated all for them to send me back to the local office to resolve. Guess what she was our mail carrier for about another 1.5 years. They still can’t get their act together and the terrible service continues. Apparently DNA(do not attempt) means every time there is a new carrier no one knows what to do with my packages AGAIN!!! No one cares, they just make excuses and never correct the problem.

Both items were small envelope packages from Amazon. On the note it does not say anymore information as to why it could not be delivered, just that in 3 days I can pick it up at the post office. Very frustrating experience.
