I was provided with one of the most terrible customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Will never come here again.

I made the mistake of note using ups, but she could gave suggested ups. When I asked, really I can’t get it there overnight she said the only way was priority mail, which wasn’t true. She was snarky and I felt she was rude.

I was able to track down my misdelivered package thanks to her help! The redhead lady was being kinda rude to an obviously mentally disabled man just trying to send a card to his friend, thankfully the nicer lady asked me if I'd let her give him help before me and I gladly said OK. Five star service and caring. The reviews definitely don't lie about that short redhead lady. How can someone with that many complaints still be employed at the same place?
