Looks like I’m not the only one complaining… short lady with the personality of a dead moth is one of the most unhelpful and rude people I’ve ever come across. I was provided with one of the most terrible customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Will never come here again.

Join me at The UPS Store where they have excellent customer service and services are prompt, friendly, and well-explained. I have had too many bad experiences with the short redheaded girl to ever come back.

I wanted to overnight a package, the short red head said I can only get it there on Monday (this was Thursday). I made the mistake of note using ups, but she could gave suggested ups. When I asked, really I can’t get it there overnight she said the only way was priority mail, which wasn’t true. She was snarky and I felt she was rude.

The redhead lady was there, thankfully I was helped by the other lady who was extremely nice and helpful. I was able to track down my misdelivered package thanks to her help! The redhead lady was being kinda rude to an obviously mentally disabled man just trying to send a card to his friend, thankfully the nicer lady asked me if I'd let her give him help before me and I gladly said OK. Five star service and caring. The reviews definitely don't lie about that short redhead lady. How can someone with that many complaints still be employed at the same place?
