I'll give this one two stars ONLY because I have talked to other employees here who were genuinely kind and helpful...however, my view of this office will unfortunately be marked by my interaction with the (apparently infamous) shorter red-headed woman working inside.
Today I had to stop inside and mail some things certified. I came up to the counter and told her. She starts our conversation off with "Did you do it right?" then looked at my envelopes and said "No, you didn't." I fixed my mistake but couldn't help feeling really bothered the whole time.
Mind you, this was after she dismissed a lady who needed help finding a form. After my lovely interaction, I then saw her basically toss a woman's package around and (sarcastically, I hope) complain loudly about "what terrible customers" she has when a man asked her help with picking out stamps.
Clearly, this woman is a problem. She's curt, aggressive, and makes people feel bad for simply asking questions. If you go to this post office, be warned!

Absolute worst customer service. The short red head woman is absolutely so rude and disgusting. She treats the costumers like trash and gives off the worst attitude ever. I’m currently shaking of anxiety from this interaction. Absolutely absurd..

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
When I arrived, there was already another customer waiting and no one at the front desk. After 5 minutes, I rang the bell—still no response. It wasn’t until another 5 minutes passed that the short red-haired employee finally came out, and during that entire wait you could clearly hear her in the back belittling her coworker.
When she did come out, she was extremely unpleasant, rude, and disrespectful—not just to me, but to the customers she helped before me as well. When I asked a simple question, instead of answering, she criticized me harshly, saying “no, no, no, this is all wrong,” about the exact thing I was trying to clarify. She spoke down to me as if I were an idiot rather than a customer.
While I was fixing my package, another customer asked her a straightforward question, and she repeatedly snapped “I don’t know” like an annoyed child. Her entire demeanor made it clear she sees customers as a burden instead of people she’s paid to assist.
It’s extremely disappointing because this is a convenient location, and the younger male employee who works here is always polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the horrid treatment from the short red-haired employee overshadows everything else. If you walk in and see her working, I strongly recommend going to another post office—unless you are prepared to be insulted while trying to complete basic mailing tasks.
