The redhead lady was there, thankfully I was helped by the other lady who was extremely nice and helpful. I was able to track down my misdelivered package thanks to her help! The redhead lady was being kinda rude to an obviously mentally disabled man just trying to send a card to his friend, thankfully the nicer lady asked me if I'd let her give him help before me and I gladly said OK. Five star service and caring. The reviews definitely don't lie about that short redhead lady. How can someone with that many complaints still be employed at the same place?

Short red headed post office worker (Kim, I think) needs to be fired. Horrible personality, is rude and belittles people for asking basic questions that any customer has a right to ask, and treats you in general like you’re an idiot. One of the most miserable people I’ve had the displeasure to encounter. The other employees are helpful and try hard to make up for her lack of respect when they’re around. If she’s the only person available, do yourself a favor and come back another time, or tell her you’ll wait for the other employees to be available to help you. She’s about as helpful as a rash.

I stopped by to ship a package and needed a different pen to write on a bubble mailer. After letting several people go ahead of me while I tried to manage it, I noticed a pen on the desk and politely asked the employee for one. She laughed and said, “Nobody has ever had problems writing on the bubble envelopes,” and refused to hand it to me. I reached for the pen myself so I could finish addressing the package. When I returned to the counter to pay, she gave me attitude when I selected that my package was fragile—an important detail since it contained jewelry. This kind of interaction is disappointing, especially in a customer-facing role. It seems I’m not the only one who has experienced issues here, and I believe it’s something worth addressing.

I'll give this one two stars ONLY because I have talked to other employees here who were genuinely kind and helpful...however, my view of this office will unfortunately be marked by my interaction with the (apparently infamous) shorter red-headed woman working inside. Today I had to stop inside and mail some things certified. I came up to the counter and told her. She starts our conversation off with "Did you do it right?" then looked at my envelopes and said "No, you didn't." I fixed my mistake but couldn't help feeling really bothered the whole time. Mind you, this was after she dismissed a lady who needed help finding a form. After my lovely interaction, I then saw her basically toss a woman's package around and (sarcastically, I hope) complain loudly about "what terrible customers" she has when a man asked her help with picking out stamps. Clearly, this woman is a problem. She's curt, aggressive, and makes people feel bad for simply asking questions. If you go to this post office, be warned!
