- WAWoman of the light AwakenFeb 18, 20251.0What a rude person since I entered she gave me attitude, I asked a question and she automatically said no we don't do that you have to go to yelm, when all I needed was to print a label, she said to send it to her email when I asked if I can print it directly and she lied, cause it printed, she charged me 3.75 for one sheet for a label saying it was colored when It was black and white, when I saw prices and said it was .30 cents for prints, saying she had to look in the computer to print it and that costed more. Other people arrived and gave them priority printing for them, she changed her tone after being rude but it was obvious she was trying to make it hard. People like this don't deserve business I don't wish her bad but that was the worst costumer experience besides being over charged. She is the owner and I'm sure she can do better. If she is hurting financially she shouldn't had to take it on clients or maybe is because of the way she treats people. God is watching I hope she learns to treat people with respect and Integrity

When I last went in, the store was incredibly busy, but she maintained a positive and bright attitude and made sure she helped everybody. She was able to quickly make the copies I needed, which turned out great. Eatonville is lucky to have a business center such as this. I joke that Diane is my secretary. She always goes above and beyond to help me with whatever needs I have that day, and she always does it with a smile on her face.

The PMB boxes are reasonably priced, they have a ton of cards, stationary and cute last minute gifts. Awesome service and friendly staff!
