She will send your packages back and make no extra effort to keep them there so u can pick them up the other works are grate and go out of there way to help people and will save your packages for you when you ask or give them a tracking number to look out for

I dont have a mail box and Im forced to have my mailed delivered to my aunts home. I have not received any calls backs and resolution to this problem

I mean it has to be a men in black operation. Rude, lose packages, everything. The one that got us is when we showed a package delivered there. My wife goes and asks the postmaster where our package is. He says in the bin behind him. She asks if she can have it after a solid 45 seconds. He says no. She thought he was joking and said why, he said because it wasn’t marked correctly. She said you know it’s mine, it’s behind you and you won’t give it to me. He says “that’s right”. Rudely. Man, we just want our mail and they can keep the drama.

The employees at the counter say they know who is making these mistakes. Hold them accountable and terminate them.
- CMCatherinne MeliNov 29, 20251.0Extremely disappointed with this post office. My package was marked as ‘Held at Post Office, At Customer Request’ even though I NEVER requested a hold. No delivery attempt was made, and now my package is delayed all weekend. The package contains my medicine, so this delay is a serious problem. This isn’t the first time this has happened my family had the same issue last Friday . The post office is only 2 minutes from my house, but carriers keep scanning things incorrectly instead of delivering. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
