- JAJazmine AndersonJul 8, 20251.0I just delivered a single Amazon package to this place a few minutes ago, she was a little cranky over the fact the i showed with 1 package saying "We already got our Amazon today," lol I will remind them that we're not employed by Amazon we are employed by our trucking companies contracted 3rd party by Amazon AND today is day 1 of Prime Week. Amazon's mistakes mean I get a paid job AND be thankful youre not the one who loads, drives them all over the state, then unloads them but i doubt it was a mistake since i booked that route around 5pm yesterday lol. One box, lol she's mad over 1 box. NOW they've got their Amazon for the day not my fault they dont know how it works and truck drivers are always treated like crap for no reason, sure im the one there for them to take it out on but, im the wrong one to do it on, obviously. Thats why you see a different company on the trucks including the semis hauling Amazon trailers, its the Carrier company they work for under Amazon's contract and even if they wanted to reject it, ROC still gets the final say on that, they could overrule them say "nope, they have to take it, gotta keep it there," plus we don't get round trip pay and the pay sucks enough as it is. They should be grateful they're not driving it all and not the type of post office that gets 2 to 3 trucks a day plus they can always get a 2nd truck. Amazon is unpredictable

Staff is also almost always rude and seems to be trying to rush you out the door even if there's nobody in line behind you. Sad to see all the reviews indicating that this post office has had these problems and more for years unaddressed.

There was a mix up of my package getting delivered so I went in there and he quickly resolved it by going through the route GPS with me and having the mailperson recheck mine after her route was finished and when I got home my package was in the mailbox! Thank you so much for going the extra mile! FYI- They are hiring for seasonal work. Just go in and talk to the postmaster.
