- TFTrevor FlockMar 10, 20261.0Lady that works here was rude to me just now saying that if the package gets lost in transit that "it's on me." Because I covered the old label with a new one. Saying "it's just common sense" that we attempt to remove it or cover it better, even though it covered the label edge to edge. It would be cool if the staff treated me with a basic human decency to be kind. I was polite the entire time and continued to be polite even after being berated.

The older Hispanic lady at the front with glasses. She was rude and ruined my package label because she was upset with me. She said I needed to take the label off when they just place the old label onto the new label! She got mad and ruined my package label because she didn’t like that I said I’ve never had any issues and have been doing it for over a year. She didn’t like that and again ruined my package and purposefully put the label in the side to make sure it got returned back and kept my package on the side to not get shipped out! I’ve never had a worse experience ever!!!!!!!!!!
- JBjb357 bSep 4, 20241.0Absolutely atrocious service. They make fake attempts to deliver packages with the excuse nobody is home even if you're waiting at the front door for delivery. If you setup mail forwarding they won't forward the mail, or deliver it to the original address, it just gets lost in the void or returned to sender. At this we're having to reorder items and void multiple checks lost in the mail. USPS Duvall is more of a liability than a service provider.
