Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!!! I’ve been to multiple post offices to deliver my packages and this was horrible! The older Hispanic lady at the front with glasses. She was rude and ruined my package label because she was upset with me. She said I needed to take the label off when they just place the old label onto the new label! She got mad and ruined my package label because she didn’t like that I said I’ve never had any issues and have been doing it for over a year. She didn’t like that and again ruined my package and purposefully put the label in the side to make sure it got returned back and kept my package on the side to not get shipped out! I’ve never had a worse experience ever!!!!!!!!!!

I would give this post office zero stars if I could. I was there on September 30th trying to figure out how to ship a small amount (1.5 ounces) of my husband's ashes that were in small sealed plastic containers to the United Kingdom. I politely asked the employee what I need to send them there and was immediately told I couldn't do that. Mind you, I had already confirmed online at the USPS.gov site that I could. However, I wanted to double-check at the post office. The woman working there continued to be completely unhelpful, rude, and gave no empathy. She continually mumbled under her breath and ultimately told me that they couldn't send this small amount of my husband's ashes at all. I ended up figuring out I had the wrong box that this postal worker gave me so I ordered the correct one. Note: This Duvall Post Office employee was completely wrong about it all and the incredible employee at the Carnation post office sent the package out for me. Therefore, always go to Valley Mail in Duvall or if you do need the post office, go to Carnation.

I was serviced at this location on 8/18/25 at 1:30 p.m. by a dark haired lady. I needed a label printed out from a QR code scan. I asked if she could print out the label so that I could place it on the package and secure with tape. She insisted I removed the old label before she would print it out. Acceptable request, although I was going to do that anyway. Afterwards following her instructions, she printed out the label and carelessly placed it on the package. She then dishonestly and fraudulently answered the customer satisfaction survey for me as satisfactory, when it was not. She didn't allow me to check the label or the package afterwards, and proceeded to hand me the receipt, indicating the service was finished. I was taken aback at her actions that I couldn't act or stand up for myself during the transaction. I felt taken advantage of when all I wanted to do is ask for reassurance for the proper label and security of the label. I couldn't print out the label myself as this location doesn't have the self serving kiosk to do so. I couldn't print out the label myself as the package receiver's instructions were to have the label printed at the post office from the QR code.

I live in Duvall Highland Mobile Home Park where we have numerous letter boxes. I am tired of my packages being given to another space or getting some other person's packages when the address is clearly marked. Today, my neighbor was given my packages which totaled over $120. I was just fortunate that it was my neighbor - usually when this happens the person that receives it will simply keep it. I cannot afford to lose my packages to people who have no ethics simply because it was delivered incorrectly.
