- CPcheyenne powellApr 21, 20261.0I recently submitted a change of address, verified my identity in person, yet my mail is still being delivered to the wrong address. This completely defeats the purpose of setting up mail forwarding and creates unnecessary stress and inconvenience. All while being here, I’ve repeatedly received mail that doesn’t belong to me. I got tired of taking out mail that wasn’t mine so I stopped grabbing it everyday and then that caused them to start returning all of my mail randomly because the box was “too full.” It’s difficult to get clear answers, and when issues are brought up, there doesn’t seem to be much urgency to resolve them. Overall, this experience with this post office has been disappointing and unreliable
