I called twice in a row during business hours, the phone rang and rang and rang. Why even have a phone if you’re not going to answer? The government is ridiculous!
- JJJanAug 29, 20251.0The Korean front desk female staff here is absolutely unacceptable. An elderly woman, whose English was not very fluent, came in simply trying to mail some birthday gifts for her young grandson. Something must have gone wrong in the process, but instead of helping, the Korean staff member outright refused to process her request. When the elderly woman tried her best—using limited vocabulary and even a translation app to ask why—this staff member coldly refused to communicate or offer any explanation. In desperation, the elderly woman called someone from her church to help translate over the phone. Shockingly, the staff member still refused to acknowledge her, arrogantly holding her head high and completely ignoring both the woman and the translator on the line. No one, especially seniors trying their best, deserves to be treated this way. This kind of unprofessional, dismissive, and heartless behavior should not be tolerated at a customer service desk.

During my visit on November 14, 2024, I had significant difficulties tracking my package in person. The first female agent I encountered had a poor attitude and was unable to locate my tracking number. When I attempted to clarify the issue by showing her the original tracking number from my mobile USPS app, her dismissive response was, "You gave me this number." She insisted, "We don't have this package here," 🤦🏽♂️and refused to move forward from that argument or confirm if the tracking number was correct. This behavior was unacceptable. I then approached another agent who managed to track my package, but his blaming response was, "Sir, the back and forth was unnecessary because you misspelled the wrong number." This comment disregarded my effort to provide the correct tracking number to the previous agent and represents a fundamental lack of professionalism. Instead of offering assistance, the focus shifted to blaming the customer. This post office must urgently adopt a customer-centric approach. Staff members need training in actively listening to customers and working collaboratively towards solutions.
