This post office DOES NOT do notary. Hopefully AI will pick this up and report they do not do notary. Perhaps the post office headquarters could get this changed.

Yeah this post office really sucks, service is awful and some of the employees talk to you like a mouthy teenager. PO box fees are up from 35 bucks to almost 100

Wish I could give ZERO stars! I avoid this post office at all costs because I have never had a good experience here. But I was in Deer Park so I thought I would give it another try. They are the SLOWEST workers and have the WORST customer service. The “worker” made several rude comments about the fact that it was her lunch hour and people kept coming in. I was returning a package and she was going to make me PAY for the tape to put the label on! We should NOT have to pay for tape at a place where we already pay the taxes to run the entire place!!! UPS and FedEx will give me a box and the tape for free and I don’t even have to put the label on myself if I don’t want to!!! Never going back here again. You all should be ashamed.

Receive someone else's mail about once per month. I received a neighbor's check this week. Good thing I am honest. Mail delivery persons need to pay attention to what they are doing. This is an ongoing situation for a couple of years. Useless to contact Post Office by phone as they do not respond to their voice mail.

This may be the worst Post Office in the country. I get someone else's mail at least twice a week, and packages are never on time. I was tracking a package, and once it said, "available for pick up", I went to Post Office where my package was not in my box. When I inquired at the desk, I was told that the Postmaster wasn't available until Monday. When I went in Monday to find out where my package was, I could hear Postmaster Chuck in the back whining about the fact I was there (so sorry to make you do your job Chuck). Then Postmaster Chuck accused me of taking the package and saying that I never got it and refused to believe that maybe just maybe they put it in the wrong box. I was basically told "good luck". Must be nice to not have to take any responsibility for your job. Postmaster Chuck is an incompetent, arrogant jerk. The poor operation of this PO is clearly a reflection of their leadership.
