- DRDaisy RiosJan 21, 20261.0I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the post office staff. The employees were rude, unorganized, and completely unprofessional. I felt disrespected from the moment I walked in, and their tone and behavior came across as hostile and discriminatory. Instead of helping customers, they seemed irritated and unwilling to do their jobs, blaming confusion on poor organization and not knowing where their own items were. The lack of basic manners and respect was shocking. Customer service should never make someone feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I expect better treatment and accountability from a public service.
