  Extremely Disappointed with Concrete Post Office Service I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by the Concrete Post Office. As a loyal customer for the past 30 years, I have relied on their services to mail packages to my family. However, I have encountered numerous issues that have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Firstly, instead of the convenience of having the post office fill out a slip for a box so that it can be picked up, they return to the sender. And are required to make the trip to the post office every time. This lack of service and convenience is highly inconvenient, especially considering the length of time I have been using their services. Furthermore, I have experienced multiple instances where packages sent to my family have been returned with the reason cited as "no address." This is not only unprofessional but also reflects a lack of attention to detail and care in performing their job. It is disheartening to see that the post office fails to deliver packages to their intended recipients. As a result of these ongoing issues, I have been forced to turn to alternative shipping options like FedEx. Despite the higher cost, I have found that FedEx consistently delivers packages to the door without any issues. It is disheartening to see that a private company like FedEx can provide a higher level of service and reliability compared to the Concrete Post Office. Considering the high cost of mailing packages, I believe it is reasonable to expect a certain level of service and professionalism from the Concrete Post Office. Unfortunately, they have consistently failed to meet these expectations, leaving me no choice but to seek out other options. I hope that by sharing my experience, the Concrete Post Office will take the necessary steps to improve their service and address the issues highlighted. Customers should be able to rely on their local post office for efficient and reliable service, and it is disappointing to see this not being fulfilled in the case of the Concrete Post Office. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using the Concrete Post Office for mailing services. The lack of convenience, failure to deliver packages, and unprofessionalism displayed by their staff have made me lose faith in their ability to provide a satisfactory level of service.

  They said tried to deliver but no dry areas lol I have 2 covered porches and I went back on my cameras and they didn't attempt to come in my driveway the laziest postal workers in the state.

  Great small post office. Mon-Fri 8:45-3:45. Closed Sat.&Sun.
