- FEFelicia EmtmanMar 20, 20261.0I’ve had ongoing issues with USPS deliveries at my address for probably close to a year, to the point where I’ve stopped having packages sent to my home altogether. Packages are repeatedly marked as “attempted delivery” or “undeliverable” without any actual attempt being made. For example, my most recent package was marked undeliverable at 8:04 AM, even though USPS does not deliver to my home until the afternoon (typically between 2–5 PM). This makes it very clear the package was never even out for delivery. The reasons given are also inaccurate. I’ve been told my mailbox was “full,” which is not true—I have a large, clearly visible package drop box right next to my mailbox specifically for deliveries. I’ve also been told it’s due to my dogs, but I am home during delivery hours and make sure they are secured inside. Meanwhile, I have zero issues receiving packages from any other carrier (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc.), which makes this even more frustrating. This feels like a pattern of either not attempting deliveries or incorrectly scanning packages, and it has made USPS unreliable for my household. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed, because right now customers are not receiving the service they’re paying for

But, best of all is their attitude and commitment when I’ve shipped my books via media mail, which I’ve done 3xs now. One time, my books were sent back to the Cheney post office by mistake (not theirs) and they made sure to coordinate with my family to make sure I got my books. This time, they were super friendly (despite the boxes being heavy and honestly a little bit of a pain) and made sure I got the best price for shipping! I appreciate this little post office so much! Thank you and keep up the good work! 💪
