I have a terrible mail lady. I live on a property with multiple tenants and dogs (which aren’t mine) and everytime i get a package she sees a dog across the yard and leaves. Doesn’t honk or try to leave it on the black table i have outside. Completely unprofessional. Weird i don’t ever have a problem with fedex or ups.

On my way through the area, I had to send a letter by priority mail. Luckily, this post office was nearby, and I found plenty of 15-minute street parking. The gentleman at the counter was friendly but incredibly knowledgeable. He seemed to anticipate my needs even before I had to ask.

This rating is based on a 10 month struggle to get my mail consistently delivered. Somewhere in the USPS pipeline my address is flagged as "undeliverable" so I do not receive all of my mail. This includes prescription refills from the VA. Fortunately, the VA notified me as well as other senders about it. Spoke with Carl (local postmaster) four times. Still not resolved. It's time to privatize the USPS.

I live in an apartment building. When you deliver packages you always leave a note saying "Sorry we missed you while you were out!" I work from the apartment. I was home all day. I got the notice today. On Saturday. Your office is closed. I now have to wait to pick up my package on Monday because you were too lazy to go up a flight of stairs and knock. The only reason I give you two stars instead of one is every time I have gone into the office to pick up a package you have been nice. A few times it took 30 ish minutes to be found, but at least your customer service has been ok once I get you in person. Please knock if you are going to deliver packages. Sometimes it is the difference between getting mail on a weekend or getting it the next week. In this case it was a bunch of fishing gear! I suppose the fish will have to wait till next weekend.
