  I primarily use this store for Amazon returns and some office supplies purchases. There are some staff who are nice but the majority of them have terrible attitudes and I don’t care for them

  Staff was extremely unhelpful. I just wanted 100, simple, single sided, black and white copies. There was nobody in the store, (as usual) and they charged me 10 extra dollars to print my order right away instead of me coming back. It took less than one minute to print.. I will never come back. 50$ to print 100 simple pieces of paper. I will be doing business elsewhere.

  Lovely lady who helped with my laptop, whoever it is, they are amazing. If the district manager or store manager sees this, she's amazing. It was on 2/2/26 for the last Asus Vivobook 15 you guys had. She's the one reason this rating isn't 1 star. However, when I got home, the laptop had issues before I even got into the out-of-the-box experience. Coming from someone who builds computers for a pastime, I just wanted something for college that would be reliable, have long battery life, and the like. That isn't the issue, the issue is that when I tried to call about potentially getting an exchange, for the same model, the girl on the other end of the phone was incredibly rude, short, and basically treated me like an imbecile even though I gave important identifiers like the exact model, when I bought it, exactly what happened to get to my DOA conclusion. I am 100% sure it wasn't the girl that checked me out with the laptop, you can have some good employees but the one that took my call was insufferable, even though it was a short call. For that reason I decided to fix it myself, when I really shouldn't have since I bought it as a new laptop, again isn't Staples' issue, but the customer service regarding the issue is my gripe for today, please find more people like the lady that helped me with the laptop in-store!
