- AAaziz a2 days ago1.0This place is a joke. Staff here, in particular Brian, are the most incompetent bunch I've ever seen. I had placed an order for a desk to be delivered to the store. Once i received an email notifying me that the desk was available for pick up, I drove all the way from Olympia to get it. Come to find out, they had only delivered the stand, not the top, even though the email said that my order was ready for pick up. No mention anywhere in the email notification that it was going to be sent in two different shipments. No one at the store had any clue how to look into this. Brian did not do jack to research what was going on. He just stood there twiddling his thumbs and was at loss of words. Anyway, I ended up returning the order. Staples Corporate Office, if you're seeing this review, get in touch with me. Such sheer ignorance and incompetence the staff exuded is totally unacceptable.

I told the girl I specifically wanted a desktop computer, and asked if the 2 I saw were all she had. She repeatedly and rudely kept pushing me to a cpu with no additional components saying it was the best she had. I finally left the store because there was no point in arguing with someone who didn’t want to hear, or apparently sell me a whole computer as a unit.
