- LGLisa GaleuciaFeb 17, 20261.0Over the past 5 years there have been multiple times that sensitive mail has been opened (pills but probably left alone after seeing it was dog meds) or gone missing (both times involving social security numbers). The post office and post master have been most unhelpful, and honestly it leads me to believe someone within the post office (or my mail carrier) is seeing that the mail contains ssns and decides to steal it. Be wary of sending anything important through this post office.

I ordered a Christmas gift and living in a rural area with a POBOX, I use both addresses, since I never know which company will be handling the delivery. The company I purchased from decided to only use my physical address, where I don't receive mail. Somehow Carnation PO rescued my package and put it in my PO BOX. Yes, Virginia there is a Santa Clause and he sometimes wears a Post Office uniform

I was sending a small amount of my husband's ashes and was able to get the correct box and tap for it. She was patient and worked through some of their system's issues for processing. She got everything handled so I could get something made in honor of my husband. I am so appreciative of this employee and location. Definitely visit them instead of the Duvall Post Office.
