- BBBrenda Brock4 days ago1.0Terrible customer service. Keep doing same thing over and over! Im getting someone else certified mail and unemployment checks dumped in my box, it not only unprofessional behavior, but that poor guy is not getting his mail. Its on purpose when I say something every single week! You can't be a good person and forward the poor guys mail. You know it doesn't belong you keep doing it to be nasty, which the person who needs his unemployment check or certified mail suffers. YOU HAVE ALLOT of one star reviews Im not a lone ranger!

Along with being professional, the employees in this store are always incredibly patient and helpful even during the most chaotic and stressful situations. Employees over the years have changed, except for the manager, Raj who has been a constant. She has consistently placed emphasis on strong customer service and maintaining a professional atmosphere within the store. I have been a long time customer of this store and because of the manager (Raj) and her team I can't imagine going anywhere else.
