The absolute worst usps in town. They frequently close early and lost a package that I handed directly to their staff to ship off. They claim I did not drop off my package and yet the other package I dropped off simultaneously was just delivered.

Great flat rate box deals. Friendliest staff, always seem like they like their miserable job of dealing with the public. They have the calm patience I no longer can conjure.

Joshua Washington is supposed to be a supervisor and yet refused to help me with a tracking issue. Another post office helped me track a package that I had sent with a digital receipt and let me know my package was being sent back from burien and that they could do the same thing and track my package off my digital receipt. He refused to track and was very rude to my child’s mother who went to go get the package that was there for her. He laughed like it was funny when we complained about not being helped correctly. I’ll never be using usps again because of him

Worst, most unprofessional workers I've ever encountered.
I sent an employee in to send a package out certified with a return receipt. They removed the return receipt and certified documentation and refused to send it out that way.
When I went in to ask that it be changed to the way we requested, I was condescending to, mocked, had eyes rolled at me, and was even yelled at when I attempted to ask Monique if she was rolling her eyes at me.
It got to the point where I started begging to just get my package back and receive a void or reversal of the transaction. I mentioned that I was on the clock and needed to go.
I was reprimanded and asked if I actually wanted help, then she was going to figure out how to send it.
I asked again for the package and a refund, as I was in a hurry.
I was told that even though the transaction happened less than an hour prior, I had to fill out pages of paperwork for the refund. I do not have all of the information as I used a business card and am not the personal account holder.
I requested the package back and left.
Wunni was the supervisor who couldn't even figure out how to void the payment. Monique performed the transaction and became confrontational when I was asking for help and to just get the package back.
They should both be fired. I have submitted a formal complaint, as choosing to take money for a service unperformed should be viewed as fraud.
