Admittedly, I lost my tracking receipt, but when I returned several days later to ask for tracking since the package I sent hadn’t arrived, I was informed that I had to discuss the issue with the person who shipped it, and that person wasn’t working that day. What company does that? I returned again two days later, and after waiting in line with 10 people for one service rep, I was finally told there was nothing they could do. Just asinine. Guess I’m going to UPS.
