Worst, most unprofessional workers I've ever encountered.
I sent an employee in to send a package out certified with a return receipt. They removed the return receipt and certified documentation and refused to send it out that way.
When I went in to ask that it be changed to the way we requested, I was condescending to, mocked, had eyes rolled at me, and was even yelled at when I attempted to ask Monique if she was rolling her eyes at me.
It got to the point where I started begging to just get my package back and receive a void or reversal of the transaction. I mentioned that I was on the clock and needed to go.
I was reprimanded and asked if I actually wanted help, then she was going to figure out how to send it.
I asked again for the package and a refund, as I was in a hurry.
I was told that even though the transaction happened less than an hour prior, I had to fill out pages of paperwork for the refund. I do not have all of the information as I used a business card and am not the personal account holder.
I requested the package back and left.
Wunni was the supervisor who couldn't even figure out how to void the payment. Monique performed the transaction and became confrontational when I was asking for help and to just get the package back.
They should both be fired. I have submitted a formal complaint, as choosing to take money for a service unperformed should be viewed as fraud.

This is not the four seasona, but the service is great for a government office that is clearly understaffed.

Patience is a virtue that the USPS worker did not emulate. The place wasn't busy, but she couldn't be bothered to answer questions nicely to the lady in front of me. Perfect reflection of the stereotype of an old govt worker.
