I’m finally done with this branch. This place is a dumpster fire. Zero customer service, one rep to help customers, etc. Completely unacceptable in 2025. Admittedly, I lost my tracking receipt, but when I returned several days later to ask for tracking since the package I sent hadn’t arrived, I was informed that I had to discuss the issue with the person who shipped it, and that person wasn’t working that day. What company does that? I returned again two days later, and after waiting in line with 10 people for one service rep, I was finally told there was nothing they could do. Just asinine. Guess I’m going to UPS.

Every time I've been there they're always very polite, helpful, and reasonably quick as they can be expected to be most days. I've had a pleasant experience every time i go there. :)

This post office is the worst. Waited 35 mins for lady getting a money order. Machine wasn’t working and instead of putting her to the side or the manager helping they don’t do anything. They also had 4 ppl go ahead of me which all I needed was a COA verification. The last working front counter is so slow and isn’t able to do the job correctly.Never will step foot in this place again. The manager should have stepped in to help instead of talking about using the bathroom and inappropriate conversations that the entire place can. Hear. 0 stars if I could!!
