When I got to my office to unload them, the ink was missing so I went back to staples to see if I had left it on the counter. The staff was super helpful, pulled up camera footage to help me find it. Even though the video showed that it was with the rest of my items when I checked out, the cashiers and management offered a discount to rebuy a new one and I am so impressed with the customer service. I just started shopping here in the last few months and every time I check out the staff has been helpful, friendly and went the extra mile for me. I am so grateful and will continue to be a loyal customer, thanks to the staples team!!!!
