We gave her our 2 yellow parcel notices. She came back with 1. Refused to go look for our big box that had been delivered at 10:39am that morning. Would not look up the number or look at my phone to prove it was there. 3 times we went in. She would not do her job. So she got a complaint to head office. Because customer complaint told me my box was there.. People need to be trained.
